The System that Works for You


1. Kickoff Meeting

A total deep-dive into your business. This is where we hear about the business from your perspective.



2. Identify Your Business Needs

What specific areas is our group expected to deliver? Against what metrics?



3. Key Players

Who are the key people responsible for buy-in on long-term planning and project delivery?



4. Key Decision Makers

Who are the economic buyers, and what are their key concerns for all ongoing planning and delivery?


 


5. Run Assessments

These include Business, Sales, Marketing, Operations and Technology Stack



6. Develop a Department Plan

The VCXO and project managers work with Key Players to develop a long-term plan with operational buy-in.



7. Approve the Plan

The plan is reviewed with Key Decision Makers for full visibility into the costs and expected returns.



8. Launch the Plan

We ramp up quickly and measure results from the outset. We fine-tune the plan to deliver optimal results.


 


9. Vendor Management

We review all invoices and contracts, and we establish measurements of performance that each vendor must consistently reach.



10. Negotiate New Contracts

As contracts come to their end, we renegotiate the terms and delivery for each vendor, putting an emphasis on delivering to your needs.



11. Vendor Assessments

The VCXO provides Senior Management with performance assessments that are rated against the organization's expectations.



12. Expand the Program

Once all parts are functioning correctly, we look to other areas of the organization that could benefit from our management process.
